Anyone know what e-mail to you when doing a room request at Hojo?

I normally just email Lorealle directly, which is lorealle.bishop@hojoanaheim.com

When I called I got Jennifer on the phone. She was so nice and helpful. Since then I have emailed her twice to modify my reservation and she always responds very quickly. Jennifer.Vitalis@hojoanaheim.com

Lorealle directed me to stay@hojoanaheim.com when I asked about room/stay requests on the hojo board. They sent back an email confirming everything.

What do you mean by room request? Do you mean specific room numbers? If so, which do you all reccomend? I have a deluxe pool view - should I request a particular floor or room - thanks
