Oh that's great news! Whereabouts in the HOJO forum is this, as I looked at the ongoing 'tree' thread but it's not mentioned there. Thanks for letting us know.

Thanks so much for the info, have just changed my booking to a Disney View room for our stay in July, didn't think it was worth it before, because of the trees, so really looking forward to it now.

Hey Everybody!

It's no rumor! We are so pleased to announce that the views from our Premium Rooms are back and better than ever!

We removed about half of the Canary Pine Trees in front of our 7-Story Building and then trimmed back the remaining trees- and we are absolutely thrilled with the results!

Even our Mattercam has a better view! We didn't realize it before, but you can even see Space Mountain, so we/ve added another stop!

We still have 50 Canary Island Pines, 18 Liquid Amber Trees and tons of palms and various other trees on our property, and we are really happy that we were able to reach this compromise.

We hope that you guys enjoy the new view as much as we do!

Thanks so much for the link to the Mattercam. Is there any way of making the webcam picture bigger, as it's only about 1/6th of the black screen. Thanks.

I can't wait!!! We'll be enjoying the view in less than 3 weeks! We only have the view for one night before moving to a kids suite, but we plan on enjoying the fireworks from the balcony!

cool! We have a Disney view room booked for June. Although the view was already pretty good in the room we had in October.

It's about time! But I too feel kind of sad that the trees had to come down. LA/Orange County needs all the trees they can get because of the air pollution.
