HoJo is one block up the street from the crosswalk. You can cross up there at Manchester and go in the entrance where the shuttles pull in-- it's less crowded. The walk is about 5 minutes' difference than the crosswalk hotels like Del Sol.
Del Sol gets less than stellar reviews on Trip Advisor:
http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Re...s-Anaheim_Del_Sol_Inn-Anaheim_California.html Although, as always, you have to remember that many people post only their negative experiences there-- plenty of people also said it was fine.
HoJo is an older hotel also, but recently renovated, and nicer than the rest of the Harbor Blvd. hotels. The best deal about them is the Entertainment book rate, if you can get it, usually midweek and low season. Here's the link to the website with the available dates:

We just stayed there two weeks ago (with the ent rate, we paid $79 a night for a premium, Disney view room with balcony, fridge and microwave). Free parking and internet. With your kids' ages, I'd really consider it, since their brand new water park playground is SO FUN! Even my DD13 loved it. It's next to the hot tub so you can relax while the kids play. Then there's the regular swimming pool on the other side of the property.
Beds in the deluxe and premium rooms are brand new pillow tops, and super comfy! I don't usually sleep well in hotels, but I slept great here. Another thing I loved was that there were FOUR high quality pillows on each queen bed, each with a different firmness, so you could pick your favorite kind of pillow.
Yeah, I'm shameless HoJo fan.
Hope that helps!
