Is there an 800# to contact the anaheim hotel directly? Or is the 714# my only option?

Does anyone have an email address for Lorealle, will she accept an email to make reservations for the entertainment rate?

The only number I know of to contact the hotel directly is the 714 number. I always call directly to make a reservation. Lorealle has always been great about returning emails that I have sent her. My only concern would be if it takes her a few days to email you back, you could risk the entertainment rate being removed for your days.

You can email her and she will let you know if the ENT rate is available or she will check a booking for you but I think you need to call to actually make the booking. Unless you make it on their website, but then I think you still need to call to get them to apply the ENT rate to the booking.

I think either way you will have to call.

You can also make reservations by ringing 800 422-4228.

However, if it's like most other hotel chains, that probably routes to their national call centre. The agents there may not be aware of site-specific offers and deals. Indeed, some hotels offer special rates that can only be obtained by ringing them directly - they can do so with the money they save by not having to pay the national chain it's standard centralized commission.

This is the email address to use if you have questions about rates and availability for specific dates, as well as any other general questions about the hotel or the area. They are wizards!

You can also email me at Lorealle.Bishop@hojoanaheim.com, and it may take me a weensy bit longer to reply, but I'm always happy to answer any questions you have!

Unfortunately, we're not able to book reservations over email, but you can always call 714-776-6120 and ask for In-House Reservations, or call 800-422-4228. [When you call the toll-free number, as long as our Reservations Office is open and one of our Reservations agents [Desi, Jessica or Kim] are not on the other line with another guest, it will ring you straight through! If our office is closed, or all of our Res. Agents are busy, it will ring you through to Central Reservations.]
