Hoist Hire?

Hi everybody, can someone tell me if you can hire a hoist from Disney? We are staying at DH and if we don't have to BYO would prefer not to. Thanks so much.

Disney does not rent them. But there is Care Medical (See Post #2 of the sticky) that rents them. And they can coordinate with Disney for delivery/removal.

Care medical is great for less common equipment needed for people with disabilities -- I believe you can rent not only lifts, but hospital beds, recliners, I think maybe even commode wheelchairs (although I'm not completely sure about that one).

If you do need to rent additional equipment, you can coordinate with Disney to have furniture in the room removed or moved around.

LOL - we rented one of those.
They call them "Rehab bath chairs", but they also have an opening in the bottom and can be used as a commode chair.
