Hoiliday Cookies!!! Who is making them and what are you making?

I make them every year! Plain sugar cookies decorated with frosting and different sprinkles. Tried the fancy icing thing one year, believe me it wasn't pretty!!! I made a double batch last Sunday and we'll decorate them next weekend. Just in time for our first Christmas party. Next year I have to get some new cookie cutters though, mine a poor site!!

I keep them in airtight containers and put them on our porch (enclosed) which is very cool. I don't typically freeze them. Most of what I make are gifts or are brought to holiday parties so I bake every week and most cookies are either fresh or no more than 2 days old when people get them.

I make approximately 40-60 dozen cookies during December for gift giving and parties so it has to be spread out over the month.
