Hi everyone just thought we could all share our favorite holiday recipes.

One of our favorites is Corn Puddin'

one can corn(drained)
one can creamed corn
2 eggs beaten
salt and pepper to taste
sprinkle of nutmeg

Mix all ingriedients together.Pour pudding into the buttered dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake pudding in middle of oven until center is just set, about 45 minutes. Garnish pudding with chives.
350 degrees

Does anyone have one for chicken and dumplings/chicken and noodles? The creamy kind? I get them at other T-day dinners but don't have a clue as to how to make them.

I'm glad I stumbled onto this thread. I love chicken and dumplings (the cream kind too, Sonya)

Thanks for the tip about the cookbook Herc (but I will have to sneak it in past DH, I always get that warning "if you bring one more cookbook into this house....)
