Professor Linus: He saw Melanie coming and asked for her wand. He made sure she was safely on the broom and then he cast a spell that he had never tried before. Azkaban prison completely sunk into the ocean taking anybody who was still in it, down with them. "The ministry won't be happy with that." And they flew.

Freya: As she was disguised as a ministry employee, she was hardly thought of as dangerous. She spotted a man. She walked to him (Evan Smith). "Hello there."

Professor Black: She pursed her lips, disgusted; this was where she and Linus differed greatly.

Professor Linus: They landed at Hogwarts. "We made it Melanie." He got off the broom and he hugged her. "Thank you. I'm sorry you had to go through that." He limped off into the castle and saw Jezebel, Evan, and another woman. "Evening professors!"

OOC: I don't know French, but I'll probably be going to Google Translate for certain times in the future so Ivy can use French and Alexei can use the occasional Russian.

Ivy: Ivy smiled, understanding the French. It did make her a little homesick, but she would be all right, she was with her father's people.

Freya: She smiled at the reaction she got. "My name is Laurel Thatcher. And you need to watch your temper. Why did you allow two professors leave?

Cindy: Cindy nodded. "Well, where would you like to go next?" She thought of where she could take the transfers next, trying to make sure she was being a good guide to them.

Jezebel: Jezebel straightened herself up. Keep it together. "Yes, as Professor Smith has already stated, the two had a funeral, it would be awful to keep them from that. I wouldn't let my Professors go rogue, believe me, Miss... Thatcher." She didn't like this woman, she was annoying and rude, and Jezebel wanted her out of the school as soon as possible. She'd let her do her little interrogations, then she could leave.

Cindy: Cindy nodded. "Well, where would you like to go next?" She thought of where she could take the transfers next, trying to make sure she was being a good guide to them.

Jezebel: Jezebel straightened herself up. Keep it together. "Yes, as Professor Smith has already stated, the two had a funeral, it would be awful to keep them from that. I wouldn't let my Professors go rogue, believe me, Miss... Thatcher." She didn't like this woman, she was annoying and rude, and Jezebel wanted her out of the school as soon as possible. She'd let her do her little interrogations, then she could leave.

Freya: She was disgusted to see Linus. She thought for sure he would have been killed. "What kind of funeral causes one to have bruises and an openly bleeding leg professor?"

Linus: He hadn't even noticed.

Alexei: "I don't get the choice, our professors are very hard and our curriculum matches."

Professor Smith: "You first accuse me of not taking care, and then you accuse me of being suspicious when I am doing my job as a Professor. Plus, I believe assault is a crime, and you will not attack me again, or I will be forced to contact your superiors." Professor Smith was indeed suspicious of her now, and was not suffering fools today. You don't just go around slapping professors.

Professor Smith: Evan narrowed his eyes, but did not dare contradict Jay. She was the only person he had to answer to, even if he did not think this course of action was wise.

Professor Smith: "I told you, there was a funeral. It would be cruel to keep them from that."

Adelle: Adelle shrugged her shoulders," Good point." She walked over to one of the isles close by and grabbed a book about the best quidditch teams in the UK.

Alexei: "Sounds like a plan," Alexei said comfortably as he followed Cindy out of the room. He was anxious to see if his owl Ivan was all right, he wasn't much of a talker, but he did love animals almost as much as he loved exploring.

OOC: Dinner ended, so Gabrielle, Veronica and Jackson are in the Hospital wing. Cindy and Jane are taking Alexei and Adelle on a tour of the school. Professors Linus and Black just got back, and Jackson's mother is in disguise as a ministry person who is causing a bit of trouble as she, Professor Smith and Professor Jay are having a 'conversation', and Prof. Smith really doesn't like her because she's suspicious and she slapped him. Ivy and MK are in their dorm.

OOC: I have decided Veronica's fate already (it's tragic), and I decided it would be even more tragic if she fell in love, so I'm thinking of pairing her with Alexei. Plus it will be interesting, with the whole Gryffindor-Slytherin rivalry. Are there any objections?

Professor Linus: "The truth?" He looked at Melanie and sighed. "We paid a visit to the giants in Russia. They had some information I needed. They can be a bit rough. I apologize for the secretness."

She shifted her weight from foot to foot. "He's... a little strange. He gave us a weird warning earlier today and... Just the way he acts, I suppose." She didn't want to tell Alexei or Adelle about him once being a Death Eater, she wouldn't want to worry them.

If you must, I would believe the nurses would still be up and about, you may want to head to the Hospital Wing," she added, trying to sound perfectly calm, although inside, she was a hurricane of thought and awe. Giants? Russia? What?!

Professor Linus: "I can heal myself. Now if you'll excuse us Melanie and I need to discuss a few things in my office." He limped away with Melanie.

Freya: "Very interesting. Giants. This will be a fun few days before you are sure to get sacked Professor Linus!" She muttered under her breath "or killed". She walked off.

Linus: Once he was back in his office he immediately sent a patronus to Jezebel requesting her presence.

He wanted to visit Melanie too, to see if his friend was all right, to apologize for not being able to keep out trouble, but that would not be possible. He groaned. If today was any indication, it was going to be a terrible year.
