Hogwarts RP part eight.

Harriet: she made an announcement. "In five days the Yule ball will take place. I am sure you are all familiar with it, if you are not, you should ask someone. Everyone is required to go, and since we have exchange students from both schools, beauxbatons and durmstrang are only sending over a select few students. Be sure to get dress robes or dresses, this is a very formal occasion. C-carry on."

Tori: Tori listened to the announcement and stifled a bit of a sigh. She hadn't really had fun at the last dance.

Bass: Bass was finally rescued by a few caring students when he walked toward the hospital wing and heard the announcement. He frowned as he tried to remember what that was.

Chris: Chris listened to the announcement and figured that he would ask Mari. He knew she probably would want him to go.

Ivan: Ivan frowned. He certainly didn't like the idea of a dance.

Lori: Another dance. She didn't really want to go at all.

Phyllis: She sat alone in the corner, listening to the announcement with open ears. Normally she would see this as an opportunity for destruction, but she didn't really feel up to it. Perhaps her father could guide her in her time of need.

Sheila: Sheila sighed. She had never been asked to a dance by any boy.

Georgie: she heard a knock at her door. She opened the door and saw her neighbor and friend Trent. "Hey!" She hugged him.

Trent: "How was working for a boarding school?"

Georgie: "Well, I was diagnosed with schizophrenia then got fired, so yeah, it went well. I got to see my old friends Evan and Melanie there. Evan and I are actually engaged."

Trent: "Congratulations, G!"

Georgie: she sighed. "I'm moving back to England to be with him and my two adopted daughters."

Trent: "Oh. Well, I'll miss you. You better write."

Georgie: "Of corse. C'mere, I want you to meet Evan." She took his hand and led him inside. "Ev, this is my friend Trent, Trent, this is Evan."

Trent: "Nice to meet you."

Jane: She found Bass. "Are you okay?" she asked gently. She figured that if he couldn't remember her she shouldn't act like they were in love for now. That hurt her a lot though.

Mari: "Doesn't a dance sound fun, Chrissy?"

Phyllis: She snuck off to the girl's bathroom. She said, "Daddy, I beg you to please help me."

James Minor Hallucination: He suddenly showed up in the mirror. He said, "Phyllis, I can't help you find a date to the dance."

Phyllis: She looked around to make sure no one was listening. She said, "No, it's just that I don't know what to do."

James Minor Hallucination: "I'm a figment of your imagination. My only purpose is to comfort you whenever you feel sad, not to command."

Phyllis: "I want to know what I am supposed to do. You are me, or at least you said that you were my imagination."

James Minor Hallucination: "Forget those boys."

Phyllis: "That's only my concious telling me what I want to hear. That's not right, I want to be able to take just one night off."

Jane: She found Bass. "Are you okay?" she asked gently. She figured that if he couldn't remember her she shouldn't act like they were in love for now. That hurt her a lot though.

Mari: "Doesn't a dance sound fun, Chrissy?"

Chris: "Maybe, though it really depends on what happens. Would you like to go with me?"

Bass: "Yeah, I just don't know what a lot of things are."

James Minor Hallucination: "What are you taking a night off from? From doing absolutely nothing?"

Phyllis: "What do you suggest?"

Chris: "Maybe, though it really depends on what happens. Would you like to go with me?" Bass: "Yeah, I just don't know what a lot of things are."

Jane: "A ball is when you ask a girl to dance with you in a large room with music. Usually this girl is someone that you really like," she said carefully.

Bass: "Dancing? I'm not sure if I remember how to dance."

OOC: I feel so bad for Bass right now. He's so confused.

Meanwhile...

Lori: Lori hated dancing.

Chris: "Maybe, though it really depends on what happens. Would you like to go with me?" Bass: "Yeah, I just don't know what a lot of things are."

Mari: "Nah, that's okay." She laughed. "Of corse I do, Chrissy."

Mari: "Nah, that's okay." She laughed. "Of corse I do, Chrissy."

Chris: He smiled. "Good."

Lori: She yelled, "Chrissy!"

Chris: "Lori, I am in the middle of something. It can wait."

Lori: "Chrissy, I don't think I want to go through with this dance. I don't dance."

Chris: "She said it was mandatory."

Lori: "But I-"

Chris: "That means you have to."

Phyllis: "I feel like such a psycho. I'm talking to a hallucination of my dead father."

James Minor Hallucination: "You shouldn't feel like a psycho. You shouldn't feel like I'm the one preventing you from doing what has to be done."

Phyllis: "Go away, I don't want to talk right now. I want to be left alone for a minute."

James Minor Hallucination: "My dear, it will only get worse as time goes by. You must learn that it doesn't matter which path you choose."

Phyllis: "Everyone has a choice. Everyone has a chance. It's all a matter of finding it, of finding everything."

James Minor Hallucination: He slapped her across the face. He said, "You idiot!"

Phyllis: Phyllis tried to block out the hallucination the best she could. She whispered, "Go away."

Bass: "Dancing? I'm not sure if I remember how to dance." OOC: I feel so bad for Bass right now. He's so confused. Meanwhile... Lori: Lori hated dancing.

Jane: "I could show you... only if you wanted though! I mean... Never mind."

Holly: She remembered that Claire had gone up to bed, so she sent her a patronus letting her know about the ball.

Chris: He smiled. "Good." Lori: She yelled, "Chrissy!" Chris: "Lori, I am in the middle of something. It can wait." Lori: "Chrissy, I don't think I want to go through with this dance. I don't dance." Chris: "She said it was mandatory." Lori: "But I-" Chris: "That means you have to."

Mari: "Didn't Remy ask you last time? Maybe he will again. You never know. And if he doesn't, I'll hang with you. Wouldn't that be fun?"
