Thaddeus Loven: He and his parents were almost ready to attack Hogwarts. They hadn't told Fiona because they knew that she would warn everyone. When they heard she got into Ravenclaw, his parents had been furious with her. "Mum, are you ready?"

Jessica Loven: "Just about. I'm putting the polyjuice potion in flasks for us."
