Hogwarts RP part eight.

OOC: I'm not even going to broach the subject of your new teacher because my new tactic is ignoring him completely in the hopes it will stress me less, So I apologize if I ignore some of your posts of Will or Holly Anney.

I like what everyone's written so far about their characters. I'm sure if I had less characters or one main character I focused on, I would know them as well as Anney knows Melanie.

OOC: same. I know what Georgie's reactions to things would be, but I don't think I know her as well as Anney knows Mel.
 
Nagini: she had taken Melanie's body into the chamber of secrets. She turned into a snake and wrapped herself around it, terrified that someone else might try to hurt it. She knew she was paranoid, but didn't care. She rested her scaly head against Melanie's cold, pale cheek. She wanted to die.
 
Georgie: she sat up and clutched her head. "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10." She took deep breaths. "I-I'm okay. I-I'm okay." She looked up at Evan and held up her arms, wanting him to pick her up.
 
OOC: ooh...I posted 2 full word pages about Mel. I didn't realize that, but now I get why you guys say that. And she was my only character for a while.

OOC: My goodness. I've heard and played so much music, yet Lily's theme is still the saddest thing.
 
Evan: "What?"

Georgie: "Tell me everything will be okay." She rested her head against his chest and sniffled. "Tell me I'll find a way to get out of this, that I'll be a perfect wife and a perfect mother. That's all I care about."
 
Jane: She decided it would be better for her sanity if she forgot she'd seen that. "She was a great person. "

Nagini: she slid from Melanie's body and turned back into a human. She stumbled over to Jane and practically fell on her, wrapping her arms around her and sobbing. "I don't know what to do, Jane."
 
Cian: He went into Melanie Black's old office and changed the name on the door. As he stepped in he noticed how very much the items reflected the professor. The papers on the desk still hadn't been moved, and there was a quill with fresh ink. The girl must not have died very long ago. The bed looked as if it hadn't been slept in for quite a while and a wand laid on it, as if it had been thrown there when she had been rushing. The last item was set up against the wall, the plug still in the wall from playing. There was a piece of music set up titled "Think of Me" from Phantom of the Opera. It was, no doubt, only a way to take pity on herself.
He began opening Melanie's desk drawers. Some had ink, quills, and other necessities; in others there were teaching manuals that had been written all over and, in some places, changed to fit her liking-she was just as arrogant as he suspected. In one last drawer there contained a number of letters, objects, and a few dated photographs that were taken at Hogwarts more than fifteen years ago, perhaps when the girl was in school. He pulled the letters out and read a few, then tossing them into a trash bag. She had been so full of herself to make up stories so others would pity her. It looked as if most of the letters had been from an Evan Smith, possibly his new colleague. He rolled his eyes and tossed them into a trash bag and set it on the ground. The ministry might appreciate the letters, and he thought he might be able to sell the keyboard, though he hadn't touched it yet.
