Harriet: once Georgie had left she walked over and sat on the couch next to Melanie. She turned on a tv and quickly switched the news to a mind-numbing cartoon.

Melanie: Her eyes flickered down to the engagement ring on her finger. She thought about what Georgie had said, how she could tell she loved him. It was all so new, but with everything going on and Corbin as minister she worried something would happen to him. While learning that the people she cared most about in the world had survived this long eased her worry a bit, the rest of it was yet to be smitten.

Harriet: she smiled. She walked into the kitchen and saw blood on the floor. "Ugh, Georgie!" She started making some tea and sone dinner for the students. She peaked her head out. "When is the wedding going to be?"

Georgie: when she heard her name she shuddered. She was being yelled at. She didn't like that.

Melanie: "We were thinking not until January or so, to give us time."

Harriet: "So a little bit after Georgie and Evan's." she smiled. "If Georgie starts teaching again after this, both she and Evan would be Professor Smith. And you and Corbin are both going to be Professor Xaviers." She grinned. "The weirdest things amuse me."

Melanie: "Actually, I was thinking of keeping my maiden name-just adding on the Xavier-and using it for teaching purposes. Corbin won't be teaching, though, as he's been made minister." She intended to keep her maiden name to honor her parents.
