Melanie: She tried to smile, then curled up on a couch and leaned her head against it, closing her eyes. She wished the past week wouldn't have happened, that the most horrible part of her day was having to give out a failing grade. Things had been so hard on everyone.

Georgie: she looked at Melanie and frowned. Her eyes started to change. "You're mad at me. Stop it. I don't want that."

Melanie: She shook her head, a tear shedding from her eye. "I'm not angry with you. I'm angry with myself. I-I regret a lot of things."

Georgie: she stood and started cowering. "Please. You can't be mad. No. I-I don't want to die. Please. I'll do whatever you want. N-no. I won't let you kill either of them. they're my best friends. I'd rather die-" She blinked and her eyes changed back. "Mel, what happened?" She looked around and remembered where she was. "God, Mel. I am insane."

OOC: hallucinations and flashbacks- part 3 of insanity. I'm saying that happened to her during the war.

Melanie: She blinked a few more tears, still curled up."I'm sorry. I s-shouldn't have let her get to you." She knew they had had this conversation before, but the past week had been so hard on her and she wasn't taking anything well anymore. This was just one on of her long list of regrets.

OOC: What did I miss?

OOC: not much. Georgie is just flipping out because she kissed Evan's cheek, and going insane at the same time. Melanie is having a hard time with it all.

Georgie: she sat down next to Mel and hugged her. She started squeezing her really hard, then stopped. "Why is this happening to me?" She said, clutching a cushion on the couch.

Melanie: "I'd tell you to continue if I knew it wouldn't kill Evan."

Melanie: "I'd tell you to continue if I knew it wouldn't kill Evan."

Georgie: she looked at him. "How are you two such good friends?" She asked, quietly. She always was jealous. They were her only friends, and she was the third wheel. She knew she wasn't popular, she was clumsy, and was a bit of a nerd. She remembered how she had met them. She was being picked on during the first week of her first year. Melanie and Evan walked over and defended her. They were always heroes to her, how they were so brave, smart, funny, and likable. She sighed. "Never mind. Stupid question." She put her face in her hands, and started to claw at her forehead.

Melanie: "We love you, Georgie, always remember that." She thought over her question for a moment. "I was sorted first. I always knew I could have easily been a Hufflepuff, but the sorting hat told me of my courage and sorted me into Gryffindor. Evan took the empty seat next to me, and instantly we were friends. I didn't know his father was famous. I remember turning to him and asking his name. It was nice to have someone, though. He helped me through a lot. Evan's like an older brother, and at the same time my best friend." She smiled gratefully. "I'm so glad I have him."

Georgie: "Oh." She was in Ravenclaw, because she wasn't brave at all. She realized what she was doing and took her hands off of her face. She sighed. "The only brother I had became a death eater." Most of her family was filled with psychos, so she really wasn't surprised that she could be going insane.

Georgie: she shook her head. "Not really anymore. I've almost gotten used to the bad things. I mean, I stabbed myself earlier this week and I didn't flinch" she thought about the past week. "Do you think there is anything we can do for the Lestrange girl who is about to be killed?"

Melanie: Despite her low mood, she couldn't help but smile. "Glad to see you, Darius. I meant to ask you this an hour ago, but how are things at the ministry? Are there any aurors left?"

Darius: "It was a battlefield before I left, there were so many fallen or dead.....I don't know who's around and who's not."

Melanie: "There has to be. She doesn't deserve to die. I-I love her, Georgie, like I love Jackson." She had always been able to love, no matter what mistakes the person may have made. It was-as her teachers had always told her-from her mother, Jayne. That's what made her so kind and gentle and forgiving. She had her father's courage, although both parents had been in Gryffindor. It wasn't fair that Gin had been born into such a horrible family. She hadn't learned right, and she wanted to stop killing. She wanted to be good.

Darius: "It was a battlefield before I left, there were so many fallen or dead.....I don't know who's around and who's not."

Melanie: "All right. We're going to try and find Lucas, and a few others. He should be the easiest. I don't believe he is in danger."
