Jackson: "Yeah. I don't think I'm going to classes today. Professor Savi already cancelled his. Says he is having a day long meeting."

Holly: "Day long meeting?" What was that about?

OOC: students got up. They're in the great hall talking.

OOC: Holly, Jackson, and Jane are eating breakfast. It is the next day. Alaine was captured by Prof. Savi.

Jackson: "Yeah that seemed odd. Considering he just got here."

Holly: She nodded in agreement. "So are we putting up bets on who's going to die today?" she asked sarcastically.

Holly: She rolled her eyes. "I saw that man walking through the hall this morning, and let me tell you, he's not all there." She turned towards the Hufflepuff table. "Hey Luke, did you hear we lost another Defense teacher?"

 

[Fairywings]

OOC: Holly, Jackson, and Jane are eating breakfast. It is the next day. Alaine was captured by Prof. Savi.

Lucas: Luke walked to the Great Hall and to the Hufflepuff table happily, today they had a Hufflepuff Quidditch team practice.

Alexei: Alexei walked into the Great Hall with Veronica, chatting happily with her. They had traded backstories and now were on the topic of favorite classes and career options. He sat down, waving at the others.

Veronica: Veronica walked into the Great Hall with Alexei, talking. She felt more like a Gryffindor now, people had been pretty nice to her despite her previous house, she had friends and was happier than ever. She sat down at the table next to Alexei and waved at the others.

Ivy: Ivy was walking to the Great Hall, she was going back to classes today.

Ravenclaw Quidditch Captain: A Ravenclaw sixth year walked up to her. "Ivy Scott, right?"

Ivy: "Yes, can I help you?"

Ravenclaw Quidditch Captain: "If you don't mind me saying so, I've seen and heard about some of your work over on the Beauxbatons quidditch team, and I must say, it's very impressive. How would you like to be one of Ravenclaw's chasers this year?"

Ivy: Ivy smiled. "That sounds wonderful, thank you."

Ravenclaw Quidditch Captain: "Great! I'm the captain, so if you have any questions, come find me." Then he strolled off to met some friends.

Ivy: Ivy walked into the Great Hall and sat down at the Ravenclaw table.

Holly: She rolled her eyes. "I saw that man walking through the hall this morning, and let me tell you, he's not all there." She turned towards the Hufflepuff table. "Hey Luke, did you hear we lost another Defense teacher?"

Lucas: He looked up. "What? Ugh, not another one."

Tori: Tori walked into the Great Hall with her head down.

Bass: Bass followed her.

Holly: "From what I've seen, the new one's a little wrong in the head. But who knows? Maybe that will keep him alive."

Holly: She turned back to Jackson. "If you're not going to classes, then what are you going to do today? Don't forget that if you get caught you'll have more than a detention."

Professor Black: Melanie sat in her office doing paperwork, her mind wandering. She'd had unpleasant dreams the few hours she'd slept that night. All the flashbacks...She hadn't had those in years, and yet somehow they felt like not long ago. Perhaps everything would end and they'd go back to normal. But it was more likely that, even if they did, there wouldn't be joy for some. They would be stuck in grief and pain and suffering for everyone they lost. Toby had only been in the wrong place at the wrong time, and no doubt associated with the wrong teacher. She wondered how many more would die before this was over.

Jane: A lot of people were in the room now. She got up and started to leave. On her way out someone threw a biscuit at her, but she hit it away. She was a beater, after all. She sat in the hospital wing again.

OOC: If Ivy hasn't heard the rumor about Gab and Jane, I wonder what she is thinking now!
