Corbin: Due to the nature of him being a horcrux, he was given the choice to return to the world or stay dead. Obviously, his absolute love for Georgie made his choice easy. He awoke in his bed at their house and went downstairs and saw Gabrielle and Jackson. "I believe I was a horcrux."

They only got so far to where they could bring back his ghost, but it wasn't strong. So, they had to create three new horcruxes to keep him strong. So, yeah."
