Alec: Suddenly, Alec began to laugh. It was the first time he had laughed since he was five. (OOC: Not a joke or an exaggeration.) Alec laughed as he looked at Linus. He said, "Honestly, killing me doesn't work. That would surely ruin any chances of you ever getting custody of Eris, and even if you do kill me, Eris still has a few guardians left."

Linus: "I've never had a chance with her. I left because I wasn't fit to raise a child. That has changed." He lowered his wand.

Lori coming back to life and bringing me back as well brought up some minor conflict, as Ivan hasn't had much time to be a good older brother that Lori needs. Then Phyllis drama."
