Hogwarts Express Wait times

With all the reports of 2-3-4-5-6 hour wait times for the Gringotts ride, can someone report what the wait times were like to get on Hogwart's Express, and whether it's lesser time to get on in UA rather than IOA? Thanks much.

Today HE had waits ranging from 5 minutes to 45.

This morning we got EE went to DA. We were done with DA by 8am and HE had no wait. We went to IOA and rode all the rides in Hogsmeade and the wait was 10 minutes around 10am to go back.

Later this evening (around 5) went to DA. They have removed the barriers that block London from Kings Crossing (still there in the mornings) but you can walk right into DA! The wait this evening to ride HE was 25 minutes.

From my days (July 11 and 12) I can't say one way always had a longer wait. It seems to change throughout the day.

Our waits haven't been bad at all. When we rode it in the morning on the 9th it was walk on. That evening though it was a 45 minute wait but it was raining cats and dogs so we think that is what contributed to the longer line. Yesterday afternoon at 4:30, it was 20 minutes.

HE seems to be a much better "people eater" than was first predicted. That's great news, and it also seems to be working flawlessly from day one - even better news.....
