Hogwarts Express at Closing

On nights where Universal is open an hour later than IOA does the train run until the earlier park closing? If not, how late does it run? We like to be in the Harry Potter areas to end the night and now that the train has express pass I thought it might be nice to close down one park then ride over and close out that park too if that’s doable. Thanks.
