Hogwarts express and the parks closing at different times

Since Hogwarts express takes you from one park to the other, how will that work when the 2 parks close at different times? Will the ride shut down as soon as the first park closes? Or will it give you a round trip back? How will that work?

Since one park closes earlier than the other, I would assume the ride will close once the first park closes.

Since "no one in the park time" and "closing time" can be separated by up to an hour, I expect the train may run a little past closing time. Guests may have things in lockers that they will need to get before they leave.

Has Hogsmeade closed due to capacity since Diagon alley has opened? If it has have they stopped guests from boarding at Kings Cross for the trip over?
