I stayed up to watch part one. I thought it was rather good. Hard to get into, but once your there you are basically hooked (Just like Doctor Who.. :teeth: ).

Marc Warren looked so weird doing a Johnny Deep like weirdo voice and Tony Robinson also looked rather weird doing a serious scrooge like character. I couldn't help but laugh at MW's voice, in fact mentioning it deserves one of these: :rotfl2:

Watching Part 2 tonight, probably after Torchwood. :)

I agree, I totally enjoyed last night's episode. :happytv: Looking forward to tonight. I also agree about Marc Warren sounding like Mr Wonka popcorn:: Roll on 8pm

I've Sky+ last night's episode, going to do the same with tonight's and then watch them both together :cool1:

Started watching it but after 20 mins my DH said "too slow!" and we switched over! Will try again on Christmas Day/Boxing Day... :thumbsup2

I missed the start last night but I'd taped it and watched it today whilst I was doing the ironing. I too thought it was a bit slow to start but I did enjoy it. I didn't watch the 2nd part tonight because I watched Losing Gemma on ITV but I've taped it and will watch it soon.

I really enjoyed it but it was a lot slower pace than I imagined. Sadly I missed last night, any chance they might replay it again do you think?

The 2nd part was even slower than the 1st....but you will be able to see part two again on Boxing Day.

I didnt managed to watch it all, but from what i saw including the first half I couldnt get into it :confused3

Non the less, I will be watching it again when my brains functional! :teeth:

I watched Part 2 last night and I thought it was a lot better than part 1. Although, about 9.30 I was thinking "That's it? What's going to happen now?".

The thing which made Part 2 cool was the wit involved. My favorite part is where the main female says "I don't remember the kids asking for musical instruments" to have Death reply "There must be something that makes noise in their stockings; what else is 4.30am for?". :lmao:

It's better if you record it. You can skip through most of the adverts/rubbish.. :)

Brilliant, i'll catch it on Boxing Day :)
