HOB Gospel Brunch

I just saw an online commercial for House of Blues Gospel Brunch, and it looks very uplifing and exciting.

Can any Disers offer opinions?

My DW and I did the HOB Gospel brunch in 2002. We loved it. The food was good, but the show was a blast. I am not a big fan of Gospel music and still had a great time. My DW was shocked when they pulled me on stage and I actually participated. I highly reccomend seeing it, definitely one of the highlights of my trip!

Did this 2 years ago. The food is, IMHO, outstanding. The custom omelet stations were the best. In all, a great spread of good food, lots of variety.
The service seemed to be rushed, as our server never made it back to us (but once) after we were seated. But, in fairness, all the servers looked busy.
The show is high energy, and uplifting, but one thing for sure, it is LOUD. Conversation was difficult (across the table) on the level right in front of the stage. I think we would have enjoyed the show alot more if we were big fans of Gospel music.
In all, a good value for the price. We would recommend it.
