oh i wish i could go! i will have an AP by then so tix covered. unfortunately one of my co-workers is going on a 2 week xmas disney trip around that time and we can't both be out of the office at the same time. i will have to check the calendar - maybe i can squeeze it in. only drawback of the AP...going next month with niece and nephew and planning 2009 with mom. why not squeeze a trip in between. i'll let you guys know as i would love to meet up with some of you.

Enjoyed the tour some years back. Just beware you'll see behind the scenes that WDW is a workplace.

oops I wasn't paying close attention! This was supposed to be in answer to the question about the Yuletide tour....

I did that tour last year and really enjoyed it excpet for one thing. It was supposed to be really nice that day and everyone was in light shirts and sweaters. It turned out to very very cold and windy and we all suffered. So so cold. So be sure to tuck a jacket into your bag even if it is supposed to be warm! The tour though was great and I have taken other tours and thought this one compared favorably. I had a good time, was entertained, and learned a lot about the parks and how they set them up for Christmas, as well as Christmas practices all over the world. Very nice and I am glad I took it.

When do you fly down?? We are flying out of MHT on 12/5 and staying at All Star Movies for the week. It's our first time in December and WE CAN NOT WAIT!!!
Maybe we can "meet up" during the week. We have all our ADR's for the week but can always find time to meet a fellow NH Dis'er.

Hi! I will be flying down on 12/3 and staying until 12/14. I am actually flying out of Boston so that I can fly Jet Blue. I will be at BWV/SSR/OKW/BCV depending upon the night. Hopefully some more of my waitlist will come through so that I can get down to only 2 or 3 resorts. Let me know if you would like to get together. Like you, I have my ADRs made but I will gladly change plans in order to meet up with fellow DISers.
By the way, this will be my first December trip since 2000 so I can't wait!

Going solo to BC Dec. 2 through the 8th. Booked it last month on the bounceback - got six nites at BC for $1500!!!

I will be in WDW in December but (unfortunately ) I won't be solo - 2 kids and my mom in tow BUT I would still like to meet up with anyone who is going to be down there !!!!! My trip is from Nov 29th until Dec 14th.

I live about 45 mins from WDW. So no flying here (thankfully). 10 AM? What time does your flight leave?

Recently we were able to book more days. We have reservations until Dec 7.

I'm doing partial solo Dec 23 - Jan 2. The rest of you are looking to be much smarter than me and going at the beginning of the month. At least it will be easier to fight crowds when it's just me.

I wish I can do the holiday itself.. but i always work on Xmas and New Yrs day... I am so jealous!

I'll be there 12/07-12/14 part of the time at POFQ, part off-site. This will be my first Mousefest. I'm joining a friend for the Candlelight Procesional on the 10th and MVMCP on the 11th. I've never done a tour, Keys to the Kingdom sounds like it might be fun!

Almost magically, Walt Disney World Resort transforms into a holiday headquarters complete with millions of sparking lights, larger-than-life Christmas trees and miles of garland. Guests take a behind the scenes peek at that magical transformation in Disney's Yuletide Fantasy, a three-hour journey into the holiday history of Walt Disney World Resort.

Guests take guided tours to theme parks and resort hotels, learning stories about the themes of the Yuletide decorations and how Disney elves transform the parks and hotels into an annual winter wonderland. Disney's Yuletide Fantasy is open to ages 16 and older.

The program is $69 per person, NO theme park admission required.

And Bill ... I just ordered my second night of tickets for MVMCP. I am going on Dec 2nd and Dec 12th. The first day we are spending all our time in the Adventure/Frontierland/Liberty Square area and have ADR at Liberty Tree Tavern. The second day is our Fantasyland day when we, you guessed it, will be in Fantasyland most of the day. We are having ADR for breakfast AND dinner in the castle with Cinderella, DD has an app't at Bibbitti Bobbitti Boutique. Can't wait to see what they are going to do with the castle this year !!!!!

We'll be there from Dec 21-Jan 5 - flights are booked - staying off site with my snowbird family members for most of the time, but planning for at least 4 days on site some point. As AP holders I plan on being around & about both the parks & resorts a lot.

I'd better get to work making a few priority seating arrangements.

Nope, no discount, paid $55.95 + $3.64 (mystery charge) + $3.00 shipping and handling for a total of $62.59.
