just wondering if anyone has tried this diet under the supervision of a doctor.....does it work and is it worth the hight price tag......TIA

i tried it once lost about 30lbs on it but I don't recommend it its one of those diets that if you don't' learn to eat differently you'll regain the weight as soon as you stop and go back to your ways. I do recommend using it as a meal replacement if that would work for you. You could have an hmr shake for breakfast a small mid afternoon snack, a healthy but small lunch a late afternoon early evening hmr shake and a small dinner just remember the calories will add up also the soy free shakes are lower in calories.

Good luck

My brother did this under a doctors care and lost about 100 lbs. He has kept it off for about 2 years now. I agree, if you go back to your old eating habits, you will pile the weight right back on. But if you are planning on changing your eating and lifestyle after you lose the weight, then I think it is a good starting point. Good Luck.
