Hmmm - what is he planning?

DH has just asked how he would contact the hotel if he needed to, and the other day he was asking if they had suites, how much they were and if anybody ever managed to get free-upgrades! I told him we couldn't afford to upgrade to a suite, as if we could we would have been at DLH, and I doubt we'd get a free upgrade but could maybe ask for a quiet room, not far from reception with a balcony.

So I am guessing he is thinking of calling the hotel - we are going just after our wedding anniversary and he does have his romantic moments (few and far between but he tries!) ... but I am not getting my hopes up, he'll probably forget he even asked!

Oh aye - subtlety is not his strong point, he does the same at birthdays etc. I always know if I am being "surprised" with anything!
