HMH Overlay Question

I've heard that when Disneyland puts up it's Nightmare Before Christmas overlay that there is a monkey bride placed in the attic scene. She is just a little gal with a glowing red heart and she sits in a chair. Does anyone one know if this is true?

I've seen no monkey! I have seen the regular person bride with the beating heart. But I believe she's gone during the overlay since the giant snake with the naughty list is in her place. But if I go on it this Friday, I will look for this new monkey.

I did I Google search. There we lots of photos over the years out there as it seems there has always been a monkey hidden in the attic somewhere since the 1st year of HMH.

I did a Google search, too, and found the same thing. Amazing! I also found something about Jack the Jackalope being in there too. What will they think of next?

I see, I had thought that this little monkey, was in the traditional mansion, going by what others had posted elsewhere. No wonder I had never seen it before! It is directly related to hmh. Thank god, it is not a part of the traditional HM! That monkey looks very silly indeed!

Okay, guess I am missing something. I was trying to do something nice for another DIS'er by finding what Wendylady had seemed to want a picture of so badly. You're welcome Wendylady. However, since the pictures seem to be an issue of some kind , I have removed them.

Disney Dreams- I'm sorry! There was no issue with the pictures at all! I used one of those pictures in another thread, but didn't site the author (like a bad girl). I was trying to convince Danger Mouse and toocherie and tinkermell and some other ladies, that there was in fact a monkey bride on HMH. They didn't believe me, so I was hoping if someone else had seen it then they would believe me. Thank you so much for your help! I hope you're not mad at me.

Disney Dreams, thanks for the pics! I enjoyed seeing them and found some others, too. It is surprising that the old monkey thing never seems to have made the rounds on the Disboards before -- you helped to find the first!

I should have been upfront and said I knew it existed, I just thought the girls would actually believe me if I acted like I didn't know and someone else said they'd seen it. I'm REALLY sorry. I hope no one was offended.

I also hope everyone goes and finds that monkey!
