OK I'm looking for some dates on the history of free dining. Going back up to three years!
?#1 when was the offer open to public?
?#2 what were the free dates?

according to mousesavers.com:

2005, 8/21 - 10/4, booking period 6/2/05 through 7/20/05, extended to 8/20
2006, 8/13 - 9/30, booking period 4/4/06 through 6/4/06, extended to 6/25
2007, 8/26 - 9/22, booking period 4/12 through 6/24

This is for general public bookings only, not counting the bounceback promotions and the offers for foreign bookings or Disney Visa holders (they got to book a bit earlier usually).

2008, bounceback offer, 8/30 - 9/27. Dates for Great Britain, 8/10 - 9/27.
