Historically, studio availablity for end of Jan at 7 mos

As I am always planning my next vacation (or two), just wondering if anyone has experience/opinions about what studios might be available at the 7 month mark when booking for end of Jan or the beginning of February. EPCOT resorts are always our first choice. Again, just wondering....won't hold you to it!
