Historical AP Rates

Help...... I have been looking for the Historical AP Rates to see is any will be available for our 11/27-12/4 trip this year. We have the ASMovies booked but would like to go the Moderate route if there are AP Rates.

Also can we purchase a child's AP to get the discounts.
