Historic Florida Resident rates somewhere?

Is there a link or anywhere that has the cruise line discounts release dates for the Florida resident discounts?

I check the mousesaver site but could not find anything.

I know there were FL discounts for last December and I am pretty sure they came out in September.......

I keep checking all seasons - I'll just have to do it daily.
