Hey all,
I was going through some stuff that I had from old school work and I found a copy of my paper for my Organizational Behavior class as part of my Master's Degree, and I realized that I had written a paper on Walt Disney World hiring, training and building culture. I know so much has changed since I originally wrote this, but I thought some of you might enjoy reading it through.
Rather than post the whole thing here though, I am going to post it as a web link. It is a Microsoft Word document and is entitled "All the Worlds a Stage, and the men and women merely Cast Members".
Let me know your thoughts...
The paper is at http://web.mit.edu/barkowit/www/disney.doc
