Also, if the nurse was asking for different info to be put in the medical plan for the student, it could be that the doctor made an error classifying something and changed what could/couldn't be done in the plan, or the doctor 'prescribed' something that hadn't been agreed upon that wasn't medical in need but more educational.

Sort of like when doctors want to write a note so you can go to the front of the line at Disney?
