We are staying at the Hilton across from DTD and wondering if there is an easy way walking to cross the highway over to DTD? Looks like quite a busy road between the 2. Thank you

Yes, there's cross-walks. Not sure with all the construction in the area if any traffic is flowing differently, though.

It is not a highway, just a multi-lane road. There are crosswalks with lights to make it easy to get across, just be very aware since it's lots of tourists driving there. The one pedestrian bridge is open and hopefully the one by the hotels opens soon.

Definitively nothing to be concerned about. The crosswalk signals allow plenty of time to cross and show a 30 second countdown. I'm a visual learner, so I grabbed an aerial photo from Bing Maps. Note: This image is pre-construction.

You will be crossing between points A (Hilton side) and B (Disney Springs side). When I was there about 3 weeks ago, the southbound lane closest to letter B was closed due to construction. Actually, it's been closed for months.

The pedestrian bridge that HopperFan mentions will connect points C to D and D to B.

The pedestrian bridge looks like it is getting closer & closer to being open to the public. Driving through there this morning, the towers were nearly covered with bricks and I saw workers walking on the bridge itself. Rails, guards, etc. all looked to be finished.

I would like to think it will be open before the holiday season. I'm sure Disney wants that to happen as well.
