I am clueless.

We will be staying at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace , Disney Springs area.

On the website it says the hotel is an official Disney world hotel. If I am correct though, it is off site?

Here's my question....does this qualify us for things like the earlier fast pass sign up or the extra park hours?

Yes, it is offsite.

I do not believe you qualify for 60 day advance fast passes; you'll be able to get fast passes at 30 days ahead.

I don't know about EMH.

Unfortunately you won't get any Disney perks. No Extra magic Hours, no FP+ at 60 days, no booking all your ADRs when you hit your window. No Magical Express either.

It's an official Disney Springs hotel. It's one of a group of chain hotels that sits along Hotel Plaza Blvd, across from DS. They're on Disney property, at the edge, but are not Disney resorts, and guests are not eligible for the Disney resort perks. So, no EMH, no magical express, no early fast passes or dining reservations, no free parking at theme parks. No Disney transportation pickups at the hotel, the DS hotels run their own shuttle service.
