Hilton Orlando, anyone stayed there?

Will be checking into the Hilton Orlando this Sunday and I have a few questions........

1. How effective are they in keeping people out of the pool area that are not guest of the resort?

2. How competitive is it to get a pool side chair? Where are the best spots to stake out?

3. I put in a request for a lower floor room. I am terrified of heights. I mean, bad. Do they generally try to accommodate request?

Really nice hotel. They don't really monitor the guest in the pool area. No wrist bands or key checks. The chairs can fil up quickly. As for the lower level request, just mention it again when you check in. The other option and join Hhonors and do check in on your app which allows you to choose your room.
