We will be staying here this coming weekend (5/3/03) and were wondering what others experiences have been with staying here. We just recently stayed a the Wyndham Palace Resort (at DTD) and loved it!!! We are hoping the Hilton is as nice and has beds as comfortable as the ones at the Wyndham!

Thank you,
Kim

Hi, we recently stayed at both Wyndham and Hilton via priceline rates :)

Absolutely pleased with both of them, especially the location.

The bed wasnt quite as nice at the Hilton, but the hot tubs were nicer than the Wyndhams hot tub. Very nicely landscaped. Our room was very nice, newly remodeled, no complaints. We didnt have to pay a resort fee at the Hilton which made it even more economical.

We really enjoyed our stay at both places and would easily do priceline again for either one of them.

Enjoy your trip.

We also stayed a both last week. We enjoyed the Hilton more than the Wyndham. We went for a late nite swim one night and the pool must have been 85-90 deg. The hot tub area is also very nice. DW liked the rooms at the Hilton over the Wyndham due to the seperate sink outside the bathroom.

The Wyndham rooms had balconys while the Hilton didn't. We had great views of the parks at both hotels and both are directly across the street from DD.

How easy is it to get to Downtown Disney from the Hilton? When you cross the street are you near the Disney busses? Would it be easier to take the Disney busses rather than the Hilton one?

Keep in mind the Disney buses from DTD no longer go directly to the parks so I think it would be better to take the DTD buses.

It is a pretty quick walk to DTD from the Hilton.

The DD buses are directly across the street from the Hilton. We didn't use any of the buses during our trip but they seemed to be at the hotel quite frequently.
