We stayed there June 2011.
Pros:
1. My aunt used her Hilton points to pay for the room (which was the main reason we stayed there.
2. Close restaurants & shopping, even though we didn't take advantage of either
3. Liked the full kitchen, seperate bedroom set up
4. Starbucks located in the lobby of the hotel within the same parking lot (I'm addicted to Starbucks!)
5. Both my aunts enjoyed the breakfast offerings, even though they did not have any of the cooked items (they had yogurt & fresh fruit)
6. Clean rooms
Cons:
1. Dining area was always crowded, for breakfast and dinner
2. "Dinner" food was sub-par, we attempted twice
3. The dedicated hotel shuttle was hit or miss, one afternoon it seemed like we waited forever, for a shuttle that never arrived. Decided to take ART, to which three buses went by that were all full. Finally decided to get a cab with another family that were tired of waiting. This was just one experience but our entire stay it seemed the dedicated shuttle & ART were rarely on time, we switched back and forth and there was a lot of time wasted.
If I had to choose, I would not stay there again. Of course, this is just my experience, and that could change with staffing/ improvements/ crowd levels, etc.
