Hilton Head - toddler bed rails

Staying at Hilton head for the first time in July. Does anyone know if they offer bed rails for toddlers? I know WDW and DCL all do but this being a smaller resort I wasn’t sure.

I didn’t see anything in the check in where I could request such a thing
