Hilton Head studio 5th person

Would we have a problem during our stay if we omit our 3 year old as a 5th person when booking a studio at Hilton Head? We have two small 7 year olds and the 3 year old. They all can sleep together easily. We're just talking about two nights.

You need at least a one bedroom.

Sure... I understand we need a "1 bedroom." However, if I booked a studio with two children and show up and check in, with the family, in the van. Get the room key and shuffle the 3 year old into the room. Will we have a problem when we take a dip in the pool after going to the beach? It's not like we're talking about two 18 year olds and a 15 year old. It sort of reminds me when I slept in the tub, as the youngest, when my bar tending dad and receptionist mom took the one Florida vacation of the year at the Howard Johnson in Ft. Laurerdale. The 1 bedroom is not necessary. Regardless of what dvc says. Or... Am I just too Jersey on this concept?

You still need a one bedroom. Or stay somewhere else.
