Hilton Head Resort 2 bedroom villas-lockout and dedicated locations?

We will be staying at HHI for the first time in a few weeks in a 2 bedroom. Are the dedicated and lockout units mixed between the buildings or do certain buildings have each room type?
I requested top floor-marsh view in Building 29 or 31 for our reservation and am wondering what unit type we will get. My kids will be sharing the 2nd bedroom so I would rather have the dedicated unit with 2 bedrooms rather than the lockout with the pullout couch but I wasn't sure what the options were in the location we requested. Thanks in advance for any clarification!

Did you reserve a lock-off or a dedicated 2 BR? You get what you reserved.

Actually at HHI you can’t reserve a lock-off. When you reserve a 2-BR you are reserving a dedicated. There are 76 dedicated 2-BRs and only 21 lock-off 2 BRs. The lock-offs are generally reserved as studios and 1-BRs since there are so few of them. And most of those are in the main lodge—Buildings 11/12. The rest are on the first floors under the GVs which are scattered around the resort. I would bet money that you will have a dedicated 2-BR.
