Hilton Head Island accomodations

Hi all,

I'm going up to HHI for a conference at the Crowne Plaza resort at the end of November. The Crowne Plaza is a little too steep for this trip and the DVC resort is not an option, so does anyone have any suggestions? I was looking into the Holiday Inn Oceanfront but reading some reviews on Priceline is giving me second thoughts. I prefer to stay on HHI instead of Bluffton or some other area location.

Any help would be appreciated.

Don't rule out the DVC property. If you go over to the DVC Rent/Trade boards, you can get incredible deals by renting points from owners.

The Crowne Plaza is directly adjacent to villas called Beach Walk. The end of November would offer very affordable rates if you are interested. Both share the same beach access.

Next to Beachwalk is The Greens, which is a little less than Beachwalk, for the most part. You would still walk across the street and down just a little to be in the Crowne Plaza.

Some units will even come with Crowne Plaza memberships to use the indoor and pool facilites at CP. You willhave to go through a rental agency since these are all private villa rentals. I've rental through Coastal Home and Villa Rentals many times.

Some good deals on Hotwire! We stayed at the Westin in Port Royal that we got for under $100 and it was beautiful.
