Anyone with an older son (11, 12) that does not have siblings going to be present?

I would like to arrange a meet if possible, my 12 year old usually brings a friend with us however, this year it caused problems with his friends siblings and the parents changed their minds.

So, I am looking for another family in the same situation.

Also, I want to buy tix for Harry Potter, which is the best theatre down there?

Thanks!

I have a DS 12, only child. We will not be there, but if you sign him up for kids night out, etc., I'm sure he will meet someone to hang out with. My DS always manages to find someone. Have a great time.

My kids were 12, 12, and 14 and they all made a ton of friends. We were there just two weeks ago. Even though mine were 12 I signed all of them up for the teen night out because the 12 year olds said there was no way they were hanging out with 5 year olds.

There are also other activities were they can meet other kids. Making tye-die t shirts, making shark tooth necklaces, hanging out at the pool and participating in pool games.

Also, check out the HHI thread to see who is going at the same time.
