Hilton Head Dole Whip Question

Hello! We are traveling to Hilton Head in two weeks and unfortunately are staying at another hotel due to my husband's conference! Is there anyway that I can get a Dole Whip if we are not resort guests?

I read in another thread that you can walk up to the beach house on a "public" side?? Maybe someone more in the know can confirm or deny that, but someone posted you could do that between 12-3.

I responded on another thread. To the left of the Beach House is a public beach access. Walk towards the beach. On the side of the beach house up the stairs is a public window to get food from Signals.

I don't recall right now - maybe someone else can (we did not use the beach during our last trip and the time before that was a few years prior) - but I think you need a room key to get in once you get up the steps.

If you walked up to the front of the beach house, go to the left and you can get to the window of signals without actually entering the beach house.

We were just at HHI two weeks ago and I do remember seeing the window at Signals which faces the public access and you do not need to enter the Beach House to use that window. At the time I don't think that particular window was in use since it was mid-May and Signals wasn't yet fully operational for the season.
