Hilton Head Disney ?

We are not DVC members, but have stayed at HH before and are thinking of a last minute august trip before I have back surgery. Is there a site online to check availability or do I have to call and do it over the phone?

I've never heard of an on-line place to check for availability - I would suggest calling.

Hi Kara,
If you are looking to pay cash for the reservation through Disney you can call Central Reservations. The online reservation system does have DVC resorts though only the ones located in Orlando.

If there is a website for Hilton Head reservations I am unaware of it. I am sure someone else here can let you know if there is one.

Another option outside of paying cash would be to rent points from an existing member. You can find someone on the Rent/Trade board to assist with that. They will call and check availability for you.

I have seen Disney HHI on expedia and travelocity

Check travel guides at your local bookstore, iirc Frommer's guide sometimes has a discount certificate for Disney HHI resort. Also, pp is correct it does come up on those travel sites as well.

I wouldn't count on it but there is always possibility - I guess best suggestion would be to try around 31 days before checkin date you're hoping for because if a member wanted to cancel their reservation without any restrictions on their points they need to do that at the latest 31 days before checkin.
