Hilton Head Cancellation 21 days away

Good Afternoon,

This Covid-19 virus is really hitting my area hard. We are do to leave in 21 days for HHI and my township has told us that non-essential travel is prohibited till March 28. That date could be extended which is when my reservation for Hilton Head begins. Does DVC ever work with people due to circumstances and return points to use year.... instead of keeping them in holding?!?! Thanks in advance.... not sure what to do.

We were supposed to be going to Hilton head DVC on the 21st. We just canceled on the phone and everything was moved back to its use year. Banked points can not be banked again but borrowed points can go back to their use year. Extremely helpful.
