Hilton Head at 7 months for september

I'm thinking of visiting Hilton Head for a couple of days before driving down to Orlando in mid-september 2013.

I'd be interested in either a studio or a 1 BR.

What are my chances?

We have the same hope for 2 mid week nights in June 2013. I can't wait to try in November for my June dates...

Sept. should be no problem. June, July and first half of August are the tricky ones at 7 months.
