Every resort past it’s active sales period gets buybacks occasionally, even VGC and VB. Digging through deeds I found that Disney virtually always buys back anything sold at or below 50% of direct price (except Aulani and Riviera) and the HHI contracts in the DVCRM ROFR report were at 50% exactly.
