There is an "interactive water play area" for little kids.

I'm not aware of any recent renovations.

The splash pad is just some water shooting/bubbling up, nothing fancy, and a kiddie pool, too if I recall. They refurbished the rooms sometime around 2021-2022. I don't think we have stayed there since 2022 though, so I would guess all the rooms are done by now. They also redid the playground during that time frame.
