We are staying New Years weekend to swim and relax and go to Disney Springs. We now have Gold Status with our Amex card. Can you advise if we can get breakfast or what is covered with being gold member?

I think you will get a more accurate response if you:

Contact American Express
Contact the hotel directly
If you are referring to gold status as being part of the hotel loyalty program, contact the program

Your question is very specific and likely experienced by only a very small number of folks on this board. Trying asking your question to the actual source of the info you're looking for; Amex or Hilton.

When I was there in September for Hilton Honors they gave $30 food credit a day and it could be used in any increments.

As a Hilton Honors Gold member, you get a daily F&B credit per person/per night applied to your room at Full Service hotels (Signia, Hilton, DoubleTree, etc.) that you can use at any of the hotel's restaurants/bars/etc. just make sure you charge everything to your room as the credit is applied to your room and will appear on your bill upon checkout. I would recommend that you review your program benefits, especially if you are already a Gold member and travel regularly.

We just got back from staying there. With diamond HH we got the $15 per adult per room (max 2) so $30 food and beverage credit, upgraded wifi and two bottles of water. We used the food credit at Myth Bar and the Muse coffee shop. They have a local woman who makes sandwiches and other foods and brings them in to Muse daily and they were really good. Kind of disappointing perks, but Hilton has really scaled back.
