hey my son and I are headed there tmrw.. Just curious how the property is? Reviews were great on TA.. Any secrets about shuttles or Uber or any other info is appreciated? We are there till the 5th. This is are first time staying off property in awhile so I was a little nervous:)

The park shuttle has a regular schedule which you can get at the front desk. There is a web link for it too. Buses are charter type buses. Very comfortable and relaxing. Never had a problem with them. Love the schedule because I know exactly when to leave the park and meet the bus. No waiting and wondering if you just missed it.

Hotel is great and the lazy river is fun. Movies by the pool at night.

Breakfast buffet is huge and kids eat free. Great deal!

This is our go to hotel if the deal is better than Disney hotels.

Thank you for the great info... Is their shuttles from MK across the lake or do they drop you off on the MK side:)

Since the Hilton BC isn't a Disney resort, I"m going to move this to the Orlando Hotels board.

Hey HWY20RIDE4MYSON: Hilton Orland Bonnet Creek is excellent choice, we stayed there in 2014. Here are my notes:
  1. Buses go to farthest park (usually MK) first and circle back. Could be a big deal if you have ADR or FP+ @ Epcot or AK. That being said, bus drivers are very friendly and know some good shortcuts
  2. Breakfast buffet very convenient and tasty, but it costs $24 per adult (at least it did 2014)
  3. Pool is awesome! Wait staff is a little pushy selling food and drinks. And a seagull grabbed some fries off my daughter's plate
  4. Main lobby bar is very comfortable -- I was impressed with beer selection
Have a great time man!

We stayed at the Waldorf next door. A couple tips:

Kids eat free at the Hilton restaurant. Harvest, I think it's called. We had dinner there several times during our stay. I thought breakfast was a little too hectic the day we went, but the kids loved the buffet selection there better than at WA.

You can use the pools at both resorts. WA pool is quieter.

Sometimes the park you are going to in the morning is not the first stop, and the buses didn't start running as early as I would have liked. A couple times we ended up grabbing a taxi in the morning.

It is a lovely hotel. I actually won a 2 night stay at the Hilton while we were there; I am looking forward to returning!

Can you walk from HBC to Disney Springs?

No. According to Bing Maps, it's well over 2 miles.

How was your stay at HBC? We're planning to stay there in December.
