Hilton Bonnet Creek pool question

We've been able to secure a couple days stay at the Hilton Bonnet Creek due to a friend unloading HHonor Points on us. Now my kids saw the pool area on the internet, especially the lazy river. I have found conflicting information on the tubes for the lazy river. Are they complimentary or do you have to pay for use?

They were free but on the weekend they were hard to come by.

Thanks, that's what I wanted to know :) I have read what HopperFan quoted but reading up elsewhere on the net I found info from "you need to rent" to "you need to buy". We're going through the week so hoping they'll have some for us to use.

We've always had to pay for them. I would swing by Wal Mart or Target and pick up your own for much cheaper.

Thanks for the heads up! We actually have tubes at home - I just didn't want to have to pack them if I didn't have to in order to save space. I guess I'll just pack a couple then so we'll have those at least.

We stayed there last summer and didn't have a problem finding extras floating around in the pool. I guess it depends on how busy it is. I don't know how old your kids are but we found after a few trips in the tube they were ready to ditch them except for my six year old who couldn't touch. Also if you kids love this pool and want to spend a ton of time in it (we did!) be sure to bring goggles because their eyes will be burning! We had to buy goggles there and they were pricey and cheaply made.

The kids are DS11, DS8 and DD3. The boys always wear goggles because they love to dive while swimming. DD still wears floaties - I know she'll love sitting in the tube, especially when her brothers are pushing or pulling her. I think DS8 will probably want to hit the slide at some point. DS11 is my little wimp, he probably won't go anywhere near the slide. Thanks for all the heads up and advice. I think they'll absolutely love the pool!

The pool is lots of fun and everyone will really enjoy it! They show movies at night too.

Are you allowed to wear a swim mask or only goggles? My kids have both but greatly prefer the mask over goggles.
